1. 🌿 What Makes Wildlife Boutique Different
We're not a big brand — just a small, independent business run from a wildlife workshop in the heart of the East Midlands. Every product is lovingly handmade in small batches (or to order), crafted with care using high-quality, nature-friendly ingredients, and wrapped in eco-conscious, plastic-free materials.
We don’t believe in mass-produced mystery mixes. We believe in honest, artisan bird food and thoughtful garden gifts that truly make a difference — for nature and the people who care about it.

2.📦 Orders & Delivery
We offer FREE UK delivery on all products purchased through this site.
Estimated Delivery Time: Within 4 working days
All orders are hand-packed with care and zero plastics, then dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD 48hr tracked service. We aim to get your parcel to you within four working days, unless stated otherwise. Please allow a little extra time during public holidays or busier periods.
If your parcel can’t be delivered due to no one being home or an address issue, it may be taken to a local collection point. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to collect or rearrange delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or failed redelivery, we may deduct up to £6.49 from your refund to cover return postage. We’re unable to resend or refund until the original parcel is returned to us.
To protect both you and us, we may verify orders that contain incomplete or suspicious information. We also reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that breach our store policies or compromise the safety and trust of our small business.
3. 🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Refunds are issued once items are returned to us. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
4. 🎁 Free Gifts & Samples
We love to surprise our customers with little extras. Occasionally, we’ll include a free gift or sample, chosen at random and subject to availability.
Free items are given at our discretion and may vary. Vouchers and goodwill gifts are non-transferable and may have expiry dates or conditions.
5. ⚠️ Allergies & Sensitivities
All of our bird food is handmade in an environment that handles nuts, wheat, and gluten. If you have allergies or sensitivities to these ingredients — even through contact — please reach out to us before ordering.
6. ❄️ Food Care & Quality
Our fat-based bird foods are made fresh in small batches each week using high-quality ingredients.
To keep them at their best, store in a cool, dark, dry place, ideally in an airtight container. Use within 6 months of purchase. In warm weather, avoid placing fat products in direct sunlight to prevent melting.
